stay focused and listen to ur ICs' instructions.

remember to give the cupboard ICs the material lists.
dun forget to check wif them if u guys got evrything.
liase wif other ICs to make sure u guys got enuff of evrything.
dun jus see the colour. see the amount of paint needed.

remember. u all are in charge. ICs u kno.
its called ICs for a reason.
take charge.
if u see ppl nothing to do, give them something to do.
nothing to paint le then go wash paintbrush even if u all not packing up yet so that there is less to wash later.
TRY TO GIVE TIME LIMITS!
quite important so that ppl dun disappear into an alternate universe for half an hour on the pretext of washing a paintbrush.

last but not least.

not matter how late u guys are.
haff fun but get ur tasked accomplished.
sec2s if u can plan ur time well, take some time to teach the sec1s skills if possible kae.
